This Privacy Policy explains how Golove AI App ("Golove", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and chat services. By using Golove, you agree to the practices described below.

  1. Who we are. Golove AI App is an online platform that offers AI-powered chat companions for adults.
  2. Information you give us. When you create an account we store your email address, a chosen display name, and an encrypted password.
  3. Information we collect automatically. Device type, browser, operating system, approximate location (city level), referral source, and pages visited.
  4. Cookies. We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser.
  5. Analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track individuals across other websites.
  6. Conversations. Chat messages are stored encrypted on our servers so that your companion can remember context between sessions.
  7. Media uploads. Any photos or voice notes you upload are stored privately and never shared with other users.
  8. Age verification. Mature content is only unlocked after age verification. Verification data is processed by a certified third party and not stored on our servers.
  9. Payment data. Card information is processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
  10. Marketing emails. You may receive optional product updates. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
  11. Push notifications. If you opt in, we send chat reminders. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

  13. Children. Golove is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

  29. California residents (CCPA). You have the right to know, delete and opt out of any "sale" of personal information; Golove does not sell data.
  30. Do Not Track. We honor browser "Do Not Track" signals where required by law.
  31. Third-party links. Our site may link to external services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
  32. Public content. Anything you choose to publish publicly (reviews, profile descriptions) is visible to others.
  33. Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time; significant changes will be highlighted in-app and by email.
