Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Golove AI App and any related websites, applications and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
2. Account creation. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential.
3. One account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual may be merged or suspended.
4. Account security. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. License to use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Ownership. All software, text, designs, logos and AI companions are owned by Golove or its licensors.
7. User content. You retain ownership of the messages, photos and voice notes you upload, and you grant us a limited license to store and display them solely to operate the Service.
8. AI-generated content. Replies, images and voice notes produced by the AI are provided "as is" for personal enjoyment and not as professional advice.
9. Prohibited content. You may not use the Service to generate or share content involving minors, real persons without consent, violence, hate speech, illegal activity or non-consensual sexual content.
10. No impersonation. You may not impersonate any real individual or claim a false affiliation with Golove.
11. No automated abuse. Bots, scrapers, stress tests or reverse-engineering of the Service are not permitted.
12. No resale. You may not resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute any part of the Service.
13. Reporting. If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please report it via abuse@golove-ai.app.
14. Moderation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.
15. Mature mode. Adult-oriented content is opt-in, age-verified and restricted to jurisdictions where it is lawful.
16. Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
17. Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
18. Refunds. Refunds are issued within the first 14 days for users in the European Economic Area, in line with applicable consumer law.
19. Free tier limits. The free tier may have fair-use limits to keep the Service available for everyone.
20. Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, you will receive at least 30 days notice by email.
21. Taxes. Prices are shown excluding local taxes where applicable.
22. Third-party services. Payments, analytics and hosting are powered by third parties whose own terms apply.
23. Service availability. We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
24. Maintenance. We may temporarily pause the Service for maintenance or upgrades with reasonable notice when possible.
25. Beta features. Experimental features may change or be discontinued at any time.
26. Feedback. Suggestions you send us may be used freely without obligation or compensation.
27. Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
28. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golove is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
29. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Golove against claims arising from your misuse of the Service.
30. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
31. Suspension. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that pose a risk to the community.
32. Effect of termination. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; surviving sections include ownership, disclaimers and liability.
33. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Golove is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
34. Dispute resolution. We encourage you to contact us first; unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent courts.
35. Severability. If any clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in full effect.
36. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
37. Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and Golove.
38. Updates. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance.
